I am attempting to create a MDRPI prevention/management protocol for the hospitals that I manage. Is there anyway that I can receive guidance on creating an EBP protocol for MDRPI prevention/management. Maybe can anyone share how their hospitals/facilities are addressing this prevention/management? Thank you in advance.

Hi Grace!
The science of prevention is still in its infancy...that said there are a lot of good papers and some reported anecdotal posters available on the web...
I will refer you to:
https://doi.org/10.12968/jowc.2020.29.Sup2a.S1 (SECURE prevention of medical device related pressure ulcers)..this paper is free to download

The NPIAP has posters and a best practice paper....
NPIAP.org

Also the Joint Commission also has a paper...frankly not helpful for your purpose but it shows us that they are looking at the issue and you are wise to address it...as it may be a focus for them
Just Google "Joint Commission and Medical Device related pressure injury" and you'll see it...

Glad to see you are are so forward thinking!
