Form Fit Walker Air is a walking boot.
INTENDED USES: Used for post-surgery and during rehabilitation following trauma and injury of the ankle/foot.
CLAIMED FEATURES: The Ossur Equalizer Air Low Top Walker is a short walker. A patented pneumatic system controls swelling and pain.
Note: Walking boots are coded HCPCS L4360, L4361 or L4386 for orthopedic conditions and A9283 when used solely for the prevention or treatment of a lower extremity ulcer or pressure reduction.
OPTIONS: Low-Top.
