KALTOSTAT Calcium Sodium Alginate Dressing is an alginate dressing

INTENDED USES: KALTOSTAT Calcium Sodium Alginate dressings can be used on moderately to heavily exuding wounds including: Pressure injuries (Stage I-IV), Venous ulcers, Arterial and diabetic ulcers, Donor sites, Superficial burn wounds, Lacerations and abrasions, Traumatic wounds, After surgical wound debridement

CLAIMED BENEFITS: Soft, sterile dressing made of calcium-sodium alginate fiber that converts to a firm gel/fiber mat on contact with fluid. Designed to absorb exudate and to help control minor bleeding.
