CoFlex TLC Unna Boot Bandages are two-step bandaging systems designed to increase patient's comfort. CLAIMED BENEFITS: Layer 1 is the foam comfort roll, with options of soothing zinc or calamine. Unlike gauze, the foam roll offers more absorbency, creates no indentation or skin breakdown, leaves no residue on skin or mess to clean up, and stays moist and comfortable. Layer 2 is the moisture-resistant cohesive bandage that applies continuous compression to assist with edema and the healing of wounds. INTENDED USE: For patients with an ABI of ≥ 0.8. CoFlex TLC Zinc and TLC Calamine kits are designed to treat patients with multiple wounds or other skin conditions. HCPCS: A6456, A6452
