Bimedica Transparent Skin-film is a film dressing

INTENDED USES: Protection of wounds with no exudate, with perfect adaptation even in areas that are difficult to bandage.

CLAIMED BENEFITS: Proper skin transpiration: hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive film whose unique molecular structure allows water vapour to pass through and helps minimise potential skin maceration; Excellent adaptability: polyurethane film behaves like a second skin; Maximum patient comfort: allows washing without the need to change the dressing, due to its resistance to water; Optimum support: rounded edges to prevent the ends from rising and the dressing from unintentionally peeling off
