PROFORE Lite is a multi-layer, reduced-compression bandage system.
INTENDED USE: For edema reduction and management of venous leg ulcers. Profore Lite is best used on ankle circumferences greater than 18cm or 7¼ inches (padded).

Compression therapy can be applied through compression bandages, gradient compression stockings, gradient compression wraps, and tubular dressings. These devices address the cause of venous ulcers, by helping blood to return to the heart from the legs. There are a variety of types of compression bandage systems available; some are just a single bandage, while others require the application of several different types of bandages to the leg.

If you have coverage through Medicare Part B, you may be eligible to have this product covered by Medicare. You will need a written order prescribed by a provider enrolled in Medicare, so that you can purchase this product at a Durable Medical Equipment store that accepts Medicare.
