Skin-film is a transparent film wound dressing.

INTENDED USES: Polyurethane film that behaves like a second skin. Protection of wounds with no exudate, with perfect adaptation even in areas that are difficult to bandage. As it is transparent, it allows the patient's skin to be visualized. The polyurethane backing acts as an antibacterial barrier and allows the skin to breathe.
