CLAIMED FEATURES: Two-piece design .Traditional lace-up design for ideal anatomic fit. One-step half-time adjustment using pull tabs. Breathable mesh material construction increases patient comfort. Eliminates seams under the foot for improved comfort and durability. Reinforced eyelets for long-term wear and durability. Mesh Achilles relief pads the Achilles Tendon.
Note: Walking boots are coded HCPCS L4360, L4361 or L4386 for orthopedic conditions and A9283 when used solely for the prevention or treatment of a lower extremity ulcer or pressure reduction.
