Mirodry Wound Matrix is a porcine collagen sheet scaffold.

INTENDED USES: The MiroDry wound matrix is intended for the management of wounds including: Partial and full thickness wounds, Pressure ulcers, Venous ulcers, Chronic vascular ulcers, Diabetic ulcers, Tunneled, undermined wounds, Trauma wounds (abrasions, lacerations, partial thickness burns, and skin tears), Draining wounds, Surgical wounds (donor sites/grafts, post-Mohs surgery, post-laser surgery, podiatric, wound dehiscence)

CLAIMED BENEFITS: MiroDry is designed to conform to any wound bed. Porcine collagen sheet scaffold. Compressible and conformable to the irregular wound bed topography. Innate porosity of the graft provides a protective environment for wound management.

The addition of Skin Substitutes or Cellular or Tissue Based Products (CTPs) to certain wounds may afford a healing advantage over dressings and conservative treatments when these options appear insufficient to affect complete healing, after at least a 30 day period of comprehensive conservative therapy.
