Espuma Adhesive is a foam wound dressing.
INTENDED USES: Used for the following types of wounds and ulcers with moderate to heavy drainage/exudation rate. Pressure ulcers stage II and superficial stage II, Partial and full thickness diabetic foot ulcers, Venous insufficiency leg ulcers, Partial thickness burns and abrasions, Open surgical wounds, Skin tears.
CLAIMED BENEFITS: High absorption provides extended wear time. Can be used under compression. Exudates are distrrbuted hroughout the wound dressing, so no skin maceration. No strike-through. Waterproof, bacteria proof and virus proof outermost layer. Highly breathable dressing allows gaseous changes. Non-adherent gel forming wound dressing allows removal of the dressing without pain.
