INTENDED USES: Serves as a cover and/or barrier for skin wounds, such as diabetic foot ulcers (DFUs), venous stasis ulcers (VSUs), arterial ulcers and pressure ulcers, as well as dehisced surgical wounds and traumatic burns. CLAIMED FEATURES: It is a human acellular dermal matrix (hADM). It is decellularized using Matracell®, a proprietary and patented technology that removes ≥ 97% of donor DNA without compromising the desired biomechanical or biochemical properties of the graft, and allows for rapid cellular infiltration and re-vascularization. Ready to use out of the package and stored at room temperature, eliminating the need for refrigeration and rehydrating processes. As a final step, all Dermacell grafts are terminally sterilized - rendering the graft sterile to medical device-grade standards with a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10^6.
