ACApatch is a dehydrated allograft composed of three-layers: two (2) amnion layers and one (1) chorion layer. It is an allogeneic matrix cellular and tissue-based skin substitute for wound healing.
INTENDED USES: ACApatch is a placental tissue allograft that may be used as a protective barrier in wound care applications. The natural properties of amniotic tissue provide mechanical protection and growth factors to support the management of acute and chronic wounds.
CLAIMED BENEFITS: ACApatch contains the amnion and chorion, as well as an additional layer of amnion. The placental tissue’s key structural components, specifically the amniotic, chorionic, as well as the spongy layer are retained to allow the membrane its utility to serve as a barrier. Dehydrated, packaged and terminally sterilized with a 5-year shelf life. Stored at ambient temperature.
