WoundPlus Membrane is a single layer amnion-only membrane allograft

INTENDED USES: Intended for use as a barrier, wrap or cover for acute and chronic wounds.

CLAIMED BENEFITS: WoundPlus Membrane may be applied topically to the wound and should only be used in one patient. Additional WoundPlus Membrane may be applied for the duration of the wound, weekly, or at the discretion of the health care practitioner. WoundPlus™ Membrane processed in a sterile clean room environment, sterilized post-packaging, and supplied in single one-time-use sterile packaging. WoundPlus Membrane is provided in various sizes. Dosing or sizing is dependent on the size of the wound. WoundPlus Membrane is stored at ambient temperature, with a 5-year shelf life.

The addition of Skin Substitutes or Cellular or Tissue Based Products (CTPs) to certain wounds may afford a healing advantage over dressings and conservative treatments when these options appear insufficient to affect complete healing, after at least a 30 day period of comprehensive conservative therapy.
