Description: Polymem Non-Adhesive Strip is a foam dressing.

INTENDED USES: Light-moderate draining wounds: Venous Stasis Ulcers, Pressure Ulcers, Arterial Ulcers, Diabetic/Neuropathic Ulcers, Surgical Wounds, Dermal Wounds, Burns, Trauma Wounds

CLAIMED BENEFITS: Bacterial Barrier, Absorbs, Cleanses. Bacterial Barrier, Absorbs, Cleanses. Polyurethane membrane matrix on a

semipermeable thin film backing. The hydrophilic layer contains a super absorbent starch co-polymer. The dressing contains F68 surfactant and glycerin.
