Are there any specific guidelines or parameters for blood pressure before starting hbot?

We are not aware of any specific guidelines that give a hard stop for blood pressure (either high or low), this would be a case by case clinical decision by the physician supervising the treatment. However, it is known that HBOT does increase systemic vascular resistance (SVR) during treatment, so we expect blood pressure to go up. (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28777899/)
