Optifoam Gentle Foam Dressings with Silicone Adhesive Border is a foam dressing. INTENDED USES: Help create an ideal healing environment for wounds. Helps ease the pain and trauma of dressing changes. Indications: pressure ulcers, partial and full-thickness wounds, legulcers, donor sites, lacerations and abrasions, skin tears, and first and second-degree burns. Contraindications: third-degree burns and lesions with active vasculitis. CLAIMED FEATURES: Highly conformable silicone border provides gentle adhesion and can be lifted and reapplied. Moisture vapor transmission rate (MVTR) adjusts to fluid level to increase breathability. Low friction and shear outer layer. May be left in place for up to 7 days; Dressing change frequency will depend on amount of drainage. OPTIONS: Gentle, Sacrum LG 10X9", 1 EA
